Cast Steel Shot S230
Cast steel shot is used for blast cleaning of shot blasting machine, steel pre-treatment, steel structure.
The steel shot is used by shot blasting machine ,and it is a part of shot blasting machine , This machine is primarily for shot-blasting of steel structural parts, steel sheets and steel billets to remove the rusty spot, rusty layer and scale cinder on steel to obtain a uniform, smooth and glossy metal surface allowing improved coating quality and higher anti-corrosion performance. But it needs cast-Steel Shot does this .So steel ball is an important part for blasting !
1.Steel Shot Specs: S70, S110, S170, S230, S280, S330, S390, S460, S550, S660, S780, S930, S1110Shot peening 2.application :stainless steel plate, thin steel plate and non-ferrous metals before painting process to increase elasticity and toughness.
